Peas with Bechamel Sauce

1/2 kg savory minced beef |

2 cups bechamel sauce |

Parboil peas in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain. |

Grease deep oven serving dish. |

Arrange the peas, rice, and minced beef in several thin layers, |

Moisten the layers with thin spicy bechamel sauce and cover with beaten egg. |

 |
Bake in center of preheated moderate oven for about half an hour till the top becomes brown. |
