You can substitute raspberry with strawberry jam.

Prepare 4 sherbet glasses or bowls. |

Place 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup in each bowl. |
|
|
Top chocolate with 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream. |
|
|
Drain canned pear then place one pear half on top of ice cream. Repeat with other three bowls. |
|
|
In a separate bowl, make a mixture of jam and water. |
|
|
Scoop some of the mixture over each pear half. Serve. |
