Pavlova


Pavolva is one of the most favorable sweet dishes all through Australia. For its sweet taste and easy way of preparation, this cake is one of the basic treats one tables during Christmas Eve.
المقادير
4 egg whites  
2tsp. vanilla extract  
1 c. sugar  
1 tsp. white vinegar  
salt  
1 c. heavy whipping cream  
fresh fruit: (kiwifruit, strawberries, bananas, ..)  
طريقه التحضير
Heat oven at 250°F.
Line backing sheets with aluminum foil.
Use a blender to mix the egg whites with salt, until smooth.
Add sugar and stir constantly until thickens. Then add vanilla and vinegar.
Grease a circular cooking pan.
Transfer batter onto pan and place in oven for 1 hour.
Avoid frequent opening to the oven to allow batter raise well.
When done a knife or toothpick inserted into the center of the flan should come out nearly clean.
Remove from oven. Allow to cool.
Fold whipping cream on top.
Decorate pavlova with the fruits.
