Noodles with Poppy Seeds

A common thing to notice in Poland on Christmas Eve is households preparing noodles with poppy seeds. This distinct dish is so perfect on this celebration.

المقادير 1 c. heavy cream   1/2 c. golden raisins   2 tbsp. butter   16 oz. egg noodles   1 12 1/2-oz. can poppy seed pastry   4 tbsp. honey

طريقه التحضير
		Place noodles in boiling water and simmer.
		Put poppy seed filling, honey, and cream in a mixing bowl. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth. Add raisins and stir.
		Dissolve butter in a medium-sized saucepan.
		Add poppy seed mixture to saucepan and raise heat high.
		After noodles have brought to a boil, drain well.
		Pour poppy seed mixture over noodles.
		Now serve hot.
