Minced Meat, with Ground Rice


المقادير
1 kg beef  
1/2 cup ground rice  
1 teaspoon vinegar  
2 onions  
1 teaspoon sugar  
Salt and black pepper  
2 cups tomato juice  
Cooking oil

Pound beef with 1 onion twice then add ground rice, salt, and pepper and knead well.
Wet your hands, mold meat into small round balls, fry in the oil, then transfer onto absorbent paper when done.
Cut the second onion into very small pieces and fry (in the same oil).
Chafe vinegar and sugar in tomato juice, pour over the fried onions, and cook for 12-14 minutes.
Return meatballs to pot and cook for further 8-10 minutes and keep shaking pot slowly to prevent the meatballs from sticking to the bottom.
