Minced Meat, with Garlic and Onion

1 kg beef  
17-19 garlic cloves  
1 onion  
1 tablespoon cornstarch  
2 cups tomato juice  
1 teaspoon sugar  
1 teaspoon vinegar  
Salt and black pepper for seasoning

Pound beef with onion and garlic twice or mince till tender and soften.
Put salt and pepper, stir, shape into small balls, and fry.
Rub vinegar and sugar in tomato juice, cook for 4-5 minutes, then drop the meatballs in this mixture, and stew for 28-31 minutes. And make sure you gently shake pot to avoid meat sticks to the bottom.
Add cornstarch to thicken sauce if desired.
