Minced Meat, with Garlic and Onion

17-19 garlic cloves |

1 onion |

1 tablespoon cornstarch |

2 cups tomato juice |
|
 |
1 teaspoon sugar |
|
 |
1 teaspoon vinegar |

 |
Salt and black pepper for seasoning |

Cooking oil |

 |
Pound beef with onion and garlic twice or mince till tender and soften. |

Put salt and pepper, stir, shape into small balls, and fry. |

Rub vinegar and sugar in tomato juice, cook for 4-5 minutes, then drop the meatballs in this mixture, and stew for 28-31 minutes. And make sure you gently shake pot to avoid meat sticks to the bottom. |

Add cornstarch to thicken sauce if desired. |
