Milky Cold Sauce


المقادير
1 thinly sliced onion,  
2 cups chicken broth  
1 tablespoon butter  
salt and pepper  
1/2 cup best quality flour  
1 cup milk  
طريقه التحضير
Mix chicken broth with flour, seasoning, and milk, with stirring cotinuously till finely blended.
Put over low flame and cook, stirring constantly, to reach the thickness of thin custard pudding.
Place in shallow serving dish to cool.
Fry onion in the butter until nicely brown, drain on absorbent paper and cool, and sprinkle with kishk and present cold.
