Milk Pudding


المقادير
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk  
1/2 c. whole milk  
4 eggs  
1/3 c. sugar  
طريقه التحضير
Beat eggs with a whisk. Place into a bowl.
Add whole and condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until you have a custard mixture. Set aside.
Place sugar in a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly for about take 20 minutes.
When sugar caramelizes (turns brown and syrupy).
Now pour caramelized sugar mixture into a bowl to coat the bottom and sides.
Pour milk mixture into the bowl and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Pudding is done when a knife or toothpick inserted into the center of the flan should come out nearly clean.
Allow to chill in refrigerator.
Place on serving plates. Top with a caramel sauce, then serve.
