Beat eggs with a whisk. Place into a bowl. |

Add whole and condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until you have a custard mixture. Set aside. |

Place sugar in a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly for about take 20 minutes. |

When sugar caramelizes (turns brown and syrupy). |

Now pour caramelized sugar mixture into a bowl to coat the bottom and sides. |

Pour milk mixture into the bowl and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. |
|
 |
Pudding is done when a knife or toothpick inserted into the center of the flan should come out nearly clean. |

Allow to chill in refrigerator. |
|
 |
Place on serving plates. Top with a caramel sauce, then serve. |
