Meatcakes


المقادير
1/2 kg minced ground beef  
5 tbsp of cornstarch  
Dash of pepper  
Dash of nutmeg  
Dash of ginger  
1 1/2 tsp. salt  
2tsp oil or melted butter  
1 cup of water or skim milk  
2 chopped onions  
Salt and pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Coat the meat with salt and stir till forming sticky shape
Add pepper, nutmeg, ginger, and cornstarch and then add milk gradually and stir till the meat becomes like dough to shape it easily
Divide the meat into small round patties and fry in preheated oil or butter till brown and then remove
Mix 2tsp of flour with some cold water and then put in the bouillon used for cooking the meat cakes
Stir until thicken and do not forget to add seasoning and onion
Serve meat cakes with boiled vegetables.
