Meat and Potato Stew


المقادير
2 bay leaves  
1/3 c halved green olives with pimientos  
3 tbsp. olive oil  
2 chopped onions,  
3 minced garlic cloves  
1 can tomato sauce  
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar  
1 1/2 tbsp. capers  
6 peeled and cubed potatoes  
1kg cubes boneless chuck steak  
1 seeded and chopped green pepper  
Dash of salt  
طريقه التحضير
Stir onions and green pepper in an oven with preheated oil till tender and then add bay leaves, vinegar, capers, and olives and tomato juice and leave on fire for 5 minutes
Put the meat pieces and cover with water and cook for 25 minute
Add potatoes and seasoning and leave all the ingredients to simmer for quarter of an hour
Remove from fire when meat and potato are cooked and then serve hot
