Mix yeast with milk and sugar and set aside for 10 minutes |

Put flour into a large bowl and make a hall in the center and put the yeast together with beaten egg and butter |

Knead the mixture well to form thick dough and then keep in lightly greased pan covered and set aside |

After 60 m, divide the dough into 2 pars, and spread on a floured flat surface |

Prepare the filling by frying onion in preheated olive oil, put meat and stir well |

Place the first piece of the dough in greased cooking pan covering its entire base |

Put the meat mixture and then put the second piece of the dough after spreading it to cover the whole surface |

Leave it for half an hour in a warm place and brush the outer surface with egg yolk to have golden color after cooking it |

Bake in preheated oven at 450ºF for 15 m. or till golden and then brush with melted butter, cover the pan and return to fire for 5 minutes and then remove to serve hot |
