Meat Pizza


المقادير
1 tsp active dry yeast  
Dash of sugar  
2 tbsp. milk  
5 c. flour  
4 tbsp. butter  
2 beaten eggs  
Dash of salt  
2 tbsp. olive oil  
Chopped onion  
1/4 kg ground lamb  
Dash of chopped fresh parsley  
1 egg yolk, separated  
1 tbsp. melted butter  
طريقه التحضير
Mix yeast with milk and sugar and set aside for 10 minutes
Put flour into a large bowl and make a hall in the center and put the yeast together with beaten egg and butter
Knead the mixture well to form thick dough and then keep in lightly greased pan covered and set aside
After 60 m, divide the dough into 2 pars, and spread on a floured flat surface
Prepare the filling by frying onion in preheated olive oil, put meat and stir well
Place the first piece of the dough in greased cooking pan covering its entire base
Put the meat mixture and then put the second piece of the dough after spreading it to cover the whole surface
Leave it for half an hour in a warm place and brush the outer surface with egg yolk to have golden color after cooking it
Bake in preheated oven at 450ºF for 15 m. or till golden and then brush with melted butter, cover the pan and return to fire for 5 minutes and then remove to serve hot
