1 tablespoon mint leaves |

2-3 cups rich yogurt |

Salt and black pepper |

Cooking oil |

Pound lamb with mint, salt and pepper twice till minced. |

Mold into patties and brown. |

Break bread into bite-sized crumbs and spread in deep serving casserole. |

Make a mixture of garlic, yogurt, and mint powder. |

Stir the cooking oil remaining from the patties into the yogurt, spill over bread, top with kafta, then serve. |
