Meat Curry


المقادير
6 pieces chicken  
2 chopped onion  
1/2 c. vegetable oil  
4 crushed garlic cloves  
Peeled and chopped ginger root,  
2 tsp. cumin seed  
4 whole cardamom pods  
1 cinnamon stick  
4 whole cloves  
1 can tomato paste  
2 peeled and quartered white potatoes,  
1/2 c. fresh coriander  
1 tsp. turmeric powder  
Dash of ground red pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Wash chicken pieces and pat dry with toilet papers and set aside
Stir cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, onion, garlic, ginger root, cumin, red pepper, and turmeric in preheated oil for 3 minutes
Pour the tomato sauce over the mixture and let to simmer for 10 minutes
Add chicken pieces to the mixture and let to cook on low fire for half an hour and then
Put potato pieces and coriander leaves and leave for 15 m before serving hot
