Meat Balls, Cooked in Tomato Sauce

1 kg beef  
2 thick slices stale bread  
2 tablespoons parsley  
3 onions  
6-7 garlic cloves  
1 teaspoon cumin powder  
1 egg  
1 tablespoon flour  
Cooking oil  
Salt and black pepper  
To prepare sauce, you need:  
2 cups tomato juice  
Pinch of sugar  
1 sweet green pepper, chopped into very tiny pieces  
Salt and black pepper

Sprinkle bread with cold water then squeeze till excess moisture is extracted.
Add meat, cumin, seasoning,cloves, onions, and parsley to bread and mince twice.
Knead this mixture with the beaten eggs.
With wet hands, mold into round or oval balls and coat very thinly with seasoned flour.
Heat cooking oil and broil meat balls until lightly golden, then transfer onto absorbent paper.
Fry green pepper (in same oil) until wilt, add tomato juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and cook for 11-12 minutes.
Return meatballs to pot and boil in tomato sauce for 30 minutes, till sauce thickens.
