Lentil Soup (1)

المقادير
2 cups brown lentils  
2 tablespoons parsley leaves, sliced into very tiny pieces  
2 tablespoons vinegar  
1 cup spring onions, sliced into very tiny pieces  
1 tablespoon cornflour  
4-5 crushed garlic cloves  
2 tablespoons olive oil  
Salt and black pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Put lentils, cloves, onions, oil and parsley in a large pot, add twice their measure water, parboil until tender, then add salt and pepper.
Keep cooking over low flame.
Thin down cornflour in 1 tablespoon of cold water and spill over boiling lentils make soup thicker.
Just before serving, adjust seasoning and mix in the vinegar.
