Leg of Lamb Roast


المقادير
1 leg of lamb  
1/4 kg shelled peas  
3-4 diced carrots  
2-4 tomatoes, shelled and diced  
2-3 potatoes, shelled and chopped  
10-15 garlic cloves  
Cooking oil  
Salt and black pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Make several holes into the leg, using a knife.
Dip each garlic clove in the seasoning and fill into the pierce places.
Chafe the leg with cooking oil, place in oven pan, and sprinkle with seasoning.
Combine the vegetables in a mixture and put around the leg in oven pan.
Cook in preheated hot oven for 2-3 hours (depending on the weight of the leg) and brush 2-3 times with the liquid.
