Lebanese Pizza

1 packages pizza dough mix |

1/4 kg Meat filling |
|
|
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar |
|
|
1 tbsp. lemon juice |
|
|
1/4 c. olive oil |
|

Knead the pizza dough mix as indicated on the package and then divide into four balls |
|
|
Spread the dough rolls on a floured flat surface |
|
|
Combine the meat filling with vinegar and lemon juice |
|
|
Spread one of the dough rolls and top with a layer of minced beef mixture |
|
|
Bake in preheated oven at 450°F after brushing the surface with oil for 20 minutes and then serve directly |
