Lamb, Stewed with Mint

1/2 kg lamb  
Ghee  
1/2 kg tomatoes, shelled and diced  
1 teaspoon tabil  
6 beaten eggs  
3 tablespoons grated cheese  
2 grated onions  
1 tablespoon mint powder  
1/2 cup bread crumbs  
Salt and black pepper

Slice lamb into small pieces and coat with salt and pepper.
Put ghee on flame to heat and broil onions until golden, then add lamb and fry until liquid evaporates.
Mix with tomatoes, salt, pepper, tabil, and spice, stir, cook over low flame for 29-31 minutes, and add hot water if the juice is not covering meat.
Drain the meat, reserving the broth, then put meat in greased casserole.
Mix beaten eggs with cheese, mint, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Grease a casserole very fine, add the meat and 1 cup of the above broth, and bake in moderately-heated oven for 28-20 minutes.
