Sieve flour and add gradually to the salted milk, stirring thoroughly until a thick dough is formed. |

Cover the outer part with flour and put in a warm place for 4-5 days to rise, |

After rising, cut into small round flat cakes and allow to dry in fresh air for a few days till become very hard. |

You can either grind there dry cakes to be powder or save it as it is in a well covered box. |
For a variety of taste, you can replace the milk with yogurt while preparing kishk, and rising kishk using yogurt takes only 2-3 days.
You can make yogurt by leaving the fresh milk out of the fridge.
