Slice lamb into small cubes. |

Make a mixture of lemon juice, salt, and chopped onion. |

Soak lamb into onion mixture for about 60 minutes, then remove. |

Fry on low fire until tender. Set aside in a warm spot. |

Use same oil to fry tomatoes. Add salt and pepper as desired. |

Simmer until mixture has got sauce with a thick consistency. |

Fold warm tomato sauce on serving plates, place bread, then top with tender meat. |

Add paprika and seasoning to the yogurt and pour over meat and serve immediately. |
