Kabobs
Kobos or Kebab is one of the most delicious recipes in the Middle East the is usually served with white rice and salads in the large celebrations or at dinner.

1kg beef cut into bite-size |

4 peeled and crushed garlic cloves, |

 |
1 tsp. ground cumin |
|
 |
1 tsp. ground coriander |
|
 |
4 peeled and quartered onions |
|
 |
2 seeded and sliced green peppers |
|
 |
1 tsp. salt |
|
 |
1/2 tsp. pepper |
|
 |
1/2 c. olive oil |
|

 |
Mix crushed garlic with oil and coat the beef cubes with it for 2 hours |

Arrange the meat on the skewers and then add pieces of pepper and onion |
|
 |
Put the skewers in a wide cooking pan and broil in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or till the meat is well done and make sure that all the sides are brown and the interior part of the meat is also cooked |

Sprinkle marinade over the skewers several times while broiling and then serve hot |
