Italian-Style Pork Chops

4 pork thin chops |

1/2 c. canned tomato sauce |

Fresh sliced mushrooms pieces |

Salt and pepper |

1 minced clove garlic, |

 |
1 1/2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil |

 |
1 green pepper, seeded and sliced into strips |

 |
2/3 tsp. oregano |
|
 |
1/4 c. tomato juice |

 |
4 oz. hot Italian sausage |

 |
Prepare pork chops by removing the extra fats and washing it with water |

Coat the chops with garlic, salt and pepper mixture for 5 m. |

Fry the chops in preheated oil till brown and then remove from the pan |

In the same pan, pour tomato sauce, pepper, mushrooms and cook for 30 minutes |

 |
Arrange the pork chops and coat with spicy sauce |
