Hot Yogurt Soup

2 cups rich yogurt |

2-3 cups chicken broth |
|

1 tablespoon coriander leaves, cut into very tiny pieces |

2 onions, cut very finely |
|
 |
Salt |

Cooking oil |

Fry onions in the oil until wilt. |

Parboil chicken broth, add onions, and cook for about 9-10 minutes. |

Remove from flame and gently spill yogurt into broth, with continuous stirring. |

Take back to flame and heat to just boiling point, then remove from fire. |
|
 |
Add salt, sprinkle with coriander, then serve. |
