Bring oven to 350°F heat. |

Butter and dust with flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. |

Beat eggs with a fork in a small bowl. |

Add sugar and blend thoroughly. |

Place flour into a large mixing bowl. |

Stir in the egg mixture and baking soda. Keep the stir. |

Add honey and raisins then mix for 3 to 5 minutes. |

Pour dough into pan. Use your hand to distribute evenly. |

Garnish with a sprinkle of nuts. |

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Cake is done when a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. |
