Homemade Yogurt


المقادير
1 liter of milk  
2 tablespoons yogurt  
طريقه التحضير
Heat milk to 37 C in summer and 400 C in winter.
Using earthenware or Pyrex pan for stirring yogurt in is preerable if you want to make a large quantity.
Add the milk to the yogurt step by step with continuous stirring.
Keep the mixture tightly covered in a warm place( You can use a blanket for covering it to keep the same temperature of milk).
After about 12 hours, place in fridge for an hour before useing.
If you want toe put yogurt in individual glasses, you should blend yogurt in separate glasses, then add warm milk, and follow the afore mentioned steps.
This home-made yogurt should be used within five days at most before the bacteria balance changes by the change of atmosphere and cause different impacts that may be harmful.
