Heat milk to 37 C in summer and 400 C in winter. |

Using earthenware or Pyrex pan for stirring yogurt in is preerable if you want to make a large quantity. |

Add the milk to the yogurt step by step with continuous stirring. |

Keep the mixture tightly covered in a warm place( You can use a blanket for covering it to keep the same temperature of milk). |

After about 12 hours, place in fridge for an hour before useing. |

If you want toe put yogurt in individual glasses, you should blend yogurt in separate glasses, then add warm milk, and follow the afore mentioned steps. |
This home-made yogurt should be used within five days at most before the bacteria balance changes by the change of atmosphere and cause different impacts that may be harmful.
