Holiday Fruit Platter


Holiday Fruit Platter is one of the top best desserts in the Thai cuisine. It gives a wonderful combination of delightful fruits arranged into lovely color patterns. The fruit arrangement varies according to your taste, which gives more space to your imagination!

fresh limes for decoration  
1 can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed  
5 or more kinds of fresh and/or canned fruit  
Fruits can include: (lychees, rambutan, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, bananas, pineapple, and mango. When using banana, make large slant slices
طريقه التحضير
Prepare a large platter in which great quantity of fruit can be placed.
Pile up some lychees (or rambutan) in the middle of the platter.
Divide the platter into sections with 1-inch-wide slices of watermelon. You can also separate sections with lime slices, twisted or ruffle.
Gently chop all fruit into mouthful pieces. Fill each section with a different fruit.
In a separate small container, mix small amount of limeade concentrate with 1 c. of water.
Add a shiny look to fruits by coating, very gently, limeade mixture over them with a pastry brush.
