Hibiscus Drink


المقادير
1 cup hibiscus petals  
2 cups sugar  
Enough to produce 11-12 glasses  
طريقه التحضير
Soak hibiscus petals in cold water for 1-2 hours.
Move to pot and bring to a boil.
Remove pot immediately and strain using a very fine sieve or filter paper.
Place petals in pot again.
Cover with fresh cold water.
Bring to a boil, once more filtering the juice.
Repeat until red color of karkadeeh fades away.
Put petals aside and add sugar to taste while juice is still hot.
You can serve Karkadeeh either ice-cold or hot in winter.
You can get dried hibiscus petals from most supermarkets.
