Grilled Minced Beef

Mince beef twice with onion juice, mixed spice, salt and black pepper.

Form round cakes 6-7 cms in diameter and 2-3 cms thick with wet hands, put in greased double grill grease skewers and shape minced beef around skewers, sausage-like, about 10 cms long and 2 cms thick.

Grill over wood or charcoal, brushing once or twice with cooking oil, then serve on a bed of parsley, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
