2 tablespoons lemon juice |

Salt and black pepper |

2 grated onions |

Parsley |

Slice kidneys into cubes. |

Marinate kidneys in a mixture of grated onions, lemon juice, and pepper for about 1 hour. |

Put kidneys on skewers, brush with cooking oil, and grill. |

To serve, place on bed of parsley (for decoration) and sprinkle with dash of salt. |
