Grilled Fish with Eggplant

1 kg fish fillet |

2 tablespoons tomato paste |
|
 |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
|
 |
5 halved garlic cloves, |
|
 |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning |
|
 |
1 kg fried brown round eggplant, |
|
 |
2 chopped onions, |
|
 |
1/2 teaspoon harissa |
|
 |
olive oil, salt |

 |
Grill fish and set aside, keeping warm. |

 |
Fry onion to rich brown ,mix with harissa, seasoning, garlic and tomato paste (after adding 1 cup of water to it) and put on fire for 15 minutes. |

Add eggplant with vinegar and seasoning to the tomato sauce with stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes further. |
|
 |
Add this mixture to the grilled fish before serving immediately. |
