Grilled Fish with Eggplant


المقادير
1 kg fish fillet  
2 tablespoons tomato paste  
2 tablespoons cider vinegar  
5 halved garlic cloves,  
1/2 teaspoon seasoning  
1 kg fried brown round eggplant,  
2 chopped onions,  
1/2 teaspoon harissa  
olive oil, salt  
طريقه التحضير
Grill fish and set aside, keeping warm.
Fry onion to rich brown ,mix with harissa, seasoning, garlic and tomato paste (after adding 1 cup of water to it) and put on fire for 15 minutes.
Add eggplant with vinegar and seasoning to the tomato sauce with stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes further.
Add this mixture to the grilled fish before serving immediately.
