Bring oven to 375°F heat. |

Combine butter and sugar in a large mixing container until light and fluffy. |

Add molasses, eggs, and vinegar and blend thoroughly. |
|

In another container, make a mixture of the components: flour, baking soda, baking powder, white pepper, ginger, and cinnamon. |

Add flour mixture to the butter and sugar, keeping the stir until well blended. |

 |
Heavily dust a flat surface (such as a tabletop or a wooden board). |

 |
Transfer dough onto floured surface. |
|
 |
With rolling pin, roll out dough until thin. |

 |
Divide and form into desired shapes with cookie cutters or make circles with rim of a glass. |

Place cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets |

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes (or until dough consistency is puffy with golden color). |

Do the same with other remaining cookies until all done. |

Serve. |
