Garlic Chicken


المقادير
2 to 2 1/2 kg. chicken pieces  
4 crushed garlic cloves  
3tsp lemon juice  
1/4c. olive oil  
1 tsp. salt  
Sauce:  
1 peeled head garlic  
1 peeled and boiled potato  
1 c. olive oil  
2 tbsp. lemon juice  
1 tsp. salt

Combine garlic, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a large cooking pan. Put the chicken pieces and coat with the marinade cover the pan and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Next day, remove the chicken pieces put it in preheated oven at 375°F.
Roast for an hour uncovered.
Till roast, prepare the sauce.
Crush the garlic and salt, add some oil, and then add some lemon juice drops.
Blend the mixture with the blender and add the rest of the oil, potato, and lemon juice till become creamy and shiny.
Serve the chicken on large serving dish and put the sauce in a bowl next to it.
