Combine garlic, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a large cooking pan. Put the chicken pieces and coat with the marinade cover the pan and put it in the refrigerator overnight. |

Next day, remove the chicken pieces put it in preheated oven at 375°F. |

Roast for an hour uncovered. |

Till roast, prepare the sauce. |

Crush the garlic and salt, add some oil, and then add some lemon juice drops. |

Blend the mixture with the blender and add the rest of the oil, potato, and lemon juice till become creamy and shiny. |

Serve the chicken on large serving dish and put the sauce in a bowl next to it. |
