Fried Kidneys


المقادير
1 kg kidneys  
1 tablespoon lemon juice  
Cooking oil  
2 tablespoons flour  
Salt and pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Prepare kidneys by taking off flat and skin.
Cut kidneys into slices of 2 cms thick, soak in salted water for 1-1 1/2 hours, and drain.
Roll in seasoned flour, fry in the oil, and try to keep stirring gently to avoid they stick to the bottom of the pot until well-cooked.
Add lemon juice and serve in dishes.
