Fried Kidneys

1 kg kidneys |

1 tablespoon lemon juice |

Cooking oil |

2 tablespoons flour |

Salt and pepper |

 |
Prepare kidneys by taking off flat and skin. |

Cut kidneys into slices of 2 cms thick, soak in salted water for 1-1 1/2 hours, and drain. |

Roll in seasoned flour, fry in the oil, and try to keep stirring gently to avoid they stick to the bottom of the pot until well-cooked. |

Add lemon juice and serve in dishes. |
