Fried Fish

2 sliced rounds of zucchinis, |

2 well beaten eggs, |

1 cup powdered bread crumbs, |

1 kg fish fillets |
|
 |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
|
 |
2 chopped onions, |
|
 |
5 crushed garlic cloves, |
|
 |
1/2 teaspoon harissa |
|
 |
olive oil |
|
 |
salt and pepper |
|
 |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |

 |
coat fish in lemon juice and salt and leave for awhile. |

Saute onions and zucchini lightly. |
|
 |
Diluted tomato paste in 1 cup of water and mix it with garlic, harissa, seasoning and pour over the fried onions and zucchini leave for quarter of an hour on fire. |

Blend the mixture thoroughly to thicken the sauce and bring it to boil. |

 |
coat the fish fillets with beaten eggs then cover with bread crumbs and deeply fry. |

 |
To serve the fish put it on a shallow serving dish with the shape of the fish and pour the boild tomato sauce over its top. |
