Fried Fish


Tunisian recipe
المقادير
2 sliced rounds of zucchinis,  
2 well beaten eggs,  
1 cup powdered bread crumbs,  
1 kg fish fillets  
2 tablespoons tomato paste  
2 chopped onions,  
5 crushed garlic cloves,  
1/2 teaspoon harissa  
olive oil  
salt and pepper  
2 tablespoons lemon juice

coat fish in lemon juice and salt and leave for awhile.
Saute onions and zucchini lightly.
Diluted tomato paste in 1 cup of water and mix it with garlic, harissa, seasoning and pour over the fried onions and zucchini leave for quarter of an hour on fire.
Blend the mixture thoroughly to thicken the sauce and bring it to boil.
coat the fish fillets with beaten eggs then cover with bread crumbs and deeply fry.
To serve the fish put it on a shallow serving dish with the shape of the fish and pour the boild tomato sauce over its top.
