Prepare fish and cut into neat pieces |

Fry in a sizzling oil, then emove onto absorbent paper. |

Fry chopped onion to a rich brown in the oil of frying fish. |

Wash rice well and add it with water and cook uncovered till the water evaborates |

 |
Put the fried fish over rice cover and cook over low fire for about quarter of an hour. |
