Fried Fish (1)


المقادير
2 tablespoons flour  
10-12 crushed garlic cloves,  
1 tablespoon cumin powder  
4-5 tablespoon crushed parsly  
2 kgs fish  
1 tablespoon lemon juice  
cooking oil  
salt and mixed spices  
lemon slices and parsley to garnish

Prepare fish and Cut it if large or leave whole if small.
Stuff fish with a mixture of garlic, cumin, chopped parsly and salt and coat it with lemon juice for an hour before frying.
Coat with seasoned flour and gently lower into boiling oil in fry-
ing pan.
Saute each fish on moderate fire till golden and well cooked from either sides then remove from fire on an absorbent paper.
Prepare the serving dish with a bed of parsley and lemon slices. Serve warm.
