المقادير
1 kg fried eggplant  
finely chopped parsley,  
2 tablespoons garlic dressing  
طريقه التحضير
Mix parsley with garlic dressing.
Dip each slice of fried eggplant in this dressing
Arrange neatly in serving dish.
