Fried Eggplant with Bechamel Sauce


المقادير
2 cups bechamel sauce  
1 kg fried eggplant  
1/2 kg savory minced beef  
طريقه التحضير
Moisten the savory minced beef with 1/2 cup of bechamel sauce.
Grease oven pan and sandwich the minced beef between two layers of eggplant.
Cover with bechamel sauce and bake uncovered in center of preheated moderate oven for about 15 minutes till the top become brown.
