Fried Chicken (3)


المقادير
2 chickens, about 1 kg each  
2 eggs  
2 cups of milk, 1 teaspoon oil  
1 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg  
Breadcrumbs, salt and pepper  
cooking oil  
طريقه التحضير
Cut chicken into quarters.
Separate drumsticks from legs, then skin and bone (do not discard bones to use it for making stock).
Mix the milk, cinnamon and nutmeg and place in a deep bowl.
coat chicken pieces with the above mixture and leave for 2-3 hours.
Beat eggs, adding oil, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
After deeply frying the chicken pieces until being golden it can be immediately served.
