Fried Chicken (3)

2 chickens, about 1 kg each |

2 eggs |
|
 |
2 cups of milk, 1 teaspoon oil |
|

1 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg |
|
 |
Breadcrumbs, salt and pepper |

cooking oil |

Cut chicken into quarters. |

Separate drumsticks from legs, then skin and bone (do not discard bones to use it for making stock). |

Mix the milk, cinnamon and nutmeg and place in a deep bowl. |

coat chicken pieces with the above mixture and leave for 2-3 hours. |

Beat eggs, adding oil, salt and pepper. |
|
 |
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs. |
|
 |
After deeply frying the chicken pieces until being golden it can be immediately served. |
