Fried Cauliflower


المقادير
1 cauliflower  
2 tablespoons flour  
3-4 eggs  
cooking oil, salt and pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Prepare thin batter by beating together eggs, flour, seasoning, and 3-4 tablespoons water.
Cut cauliflower into sprigs and blanch and boil in water with salt for till tender and then drain and cool.
Coat cauliflower in batter and fry in the oil until nicely brown.
Remove onto absorbent paper.
Cauliflower can also be fried without blanching but it would not be as crunchy as the one prepared by brunching.
