Beat the eggs. Slice lemon. Set aside. |

Rinse and cut fish fillets into 4 slices. |

Marinate for 60 minutes in salt and place in the refrigerator. |

Place flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs into 3 separate bowls. |

Roll fish slices, each at a time, in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs. |

Place a frying pan with oil over heat. |

Transfer prepared fish slices onto pan to fry both sides of each. |

When two sides are golden brown (after about 8 minutes), remove slices from heat. |

 |
Serve the fried carp over a bed of lemon slices. |
