A wonderful sweet dish of fried bananas tastes more savory when served warm immediately after cooked.

Zest the lime and cut it into wedges. |

Place flour and salt in a medium bowl and blend well. |

Add water in enough amount until batter is smooth. |

Add lime zest and blend thoroughly. |

Dunk peeled bananas in the batter. Do it 2 or 3 times until well coated. |

Place in a deep pan with oil heated at 375°F. |

Gently place bananas in the oil and fry. Allow spaces in the pan. |

When done, bananas become crisp and get a golden brown color. |

Remove slowly and carefully from heat and transfer onto paper towels to absorb the oil. |

 |
Transfer onto serving plates and sprinkle with sugar. |
|
 |
Decorate with lime wedges, then serve. |
