Fried Bananas with Cinnamon Sugar


Fried bananas is a very tasty food that appeals to almost everyone's appetite. Brazilians, in particular, prefer to prefer to eat this sweet dish either with a meal or as dessert with cinnamon and sugar.
المقادير
4 bananas  
2 tbsp. butter  
2 tbsp. sugar  
1/2 tsp. cinnamon  
You can substitute margarine for butter.
طريقه التحضير
Peel bananas and divide them in half lengthwise.
Melt butter in a frying pan.
Place bananas carefully and gently onto the pan.
Fry bananas for about 5 minutes, or until one side becomes golden in color.
Remove bananas from heat, and place gently on serving plate.
Turn them to fry the other side until golden brown.
Meanwhile, blend sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Sprinkle bananas with this mixture and serve hot.
