Fresh Fruit Salad


This fabulous light dish is best served with a light dressing which grants it a wonderful savory taste.
المقادير
1 lb. fresh fruit (or amount according to number of persons)  
1/2 tsp. sesame oil  
1 tsp. ground cinnamon  
3 tbsp. honey  
1/8 c. lime juice  
pinch of salt  
طريقه التحضير
Wash and peel fruit well.
Core to remove seeds or undesired pits.
Chop the fruit into mouthful pieces.
Place all into a bowl and mix gently.
Place lime juice in a medium-sized bowl and gradually stir in honey until smooth and creamy.
Stir in sesame oil, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour mixture over fruit and blend gently.
Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Serve in individual plates.
