Fish with Tahina Sauce


المقادير
2 kgs fish  
2 cups tahina sauce  
carrot rounds  
parsley leaves  
black olives  
lemon slices  
طريقه التحضير
Skin, bone, and flake fish in large chunks. Bring to a boil.
Put in a serving dish and top with tahina sauce.
Put the other vegetables prepared for decoration around the fish.
- To prepare Tahina Sauce, You should bring:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cumin, salt
1 cup tahina
3-5 crushed garlic cloves
finely chopped parsley
1 1/2 to 2 cups water
- Mix tahina with vinegar, salt, and water with stirring well untill resulting in a smooth paste results.
- Add any or all optional ingredients and put on the fish.
