Fish with Mixed vegetables and Tahina Sauce

3 seeded and sliced thinly sweet peppers,  
3 hardboiled shelled and chopped eggs,  
2 sliced onions, 4 carrots  
2 kgs white fish  
2 cups tahina sauce  
salt and pepper, oil  
2 tablespoons seasoned flour

Prepare fish and cut into large chunks before covering with seasoned flour.
Saute in sizzling oil till tender, then put on an absorbent paper and flake it when it becomes cool
Fry onions and sweet peppers and add to flaked fish, and slice the boiled carrots thinly.
Put all these things in oven pan and blend with the eggs.
Pour tahina sauce over this mixture, and cook in a preheated moderate oven for quarter of an hour.
to prepare Tahina Sauce, you should bring the following ingredients:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cumin, salt
1 cup tahina
3-5 crushed garlic cloves
finely chopped parsley
1 1/2 to 2 cups water
Then, mix tahina with vinegar, salt, and water with stirring well untill resulting in a smooth paste results and pour over the mixture of flaked fish and vegetables.
