Cut fish into thick pieces and saute in preheated oil, then remove onto absorbent paper to cool. |

Mince garlic with salt and blend with coriander and pepper. |

Fry garlic mixture till golden in the oil of frying fish |

Put the fried fish pieces with the garlic mixture and submerge with water, |
|
 |
After 10 minutes over very slow flame, the dish would be ready to serve. |

For having a different taste, you can replace the coriander with cumin without any change in the steps. |
