Fish Patties


In Korea, fish is one of the basic meals on everyday table.
المقادير
2 eggs  
1 tbsp. vegetable oil  
1/2 tsp. salt  
1/8 tsp. black pepper  
1/8 tsp. garlic  
2 tbsp. green onions  
1 c. chopped sole, cod, or haddock (any other whitefish can also be used)  
طريقه التحضير
Chop green onions into tiny pieces and use the green part only in this recipe. Set aside.
Chop garlic into tiny pieces. Whisk the eggs.
Combine eggs with garlic and green onions in a large bowl. Mix well.
Add salt, black pepper, and fish. Blend well.
Place oil in a large frying pan over high heat for 60 minutes.
Place patties of the fish mixture into pan with a tablespoon.
Fry fish for 1 minute then flip to fry other side until slightly brown.
When done, remove from oil with a slotted spoon and place onto a serving plate.
Serve hot accompanied with vinegar-soy sauce and rice.
When using frozen fish, thaw well before mixing it with other ingredients.
