Fish Fingers ( patties)

2 boiled and peeled potatoes, |

1 teaspoon lemon juice |

7 garlic cloves |

1/2 teaspoon cumin |

2 eggs whites |

salt and mixed spices |

parsley |

 |
Parboil fish in salted water for quarter of an hour then skin, bone, and flake. |

Crush garlic with salt and cumin, and mix with fish flakes and mashed potatoes. |

Adjust seasoning, add lemon juice and stir in egg whites. |

Add the above mixture to the fish flakes and mashed potatoes and Shape into fingers or patties and coat with breadcrumbs. |

Saute fish fingers in sizzling oil till golden then put on an absorbent paper and serve on a bed of parsley and lemon slices. |
