Fish Fingers ( patties)


المقادير
1 kg fish  
2 boiled and peeled potatoes,  
1 teaspoon lemon juice  
7 garlic cloves  
1/2 teaspoon cumin  
2 eggs whites  
cooking oil  
salt and mixed spices  
parsley  
breadcrumbs  
طريقه التحضير
Parboil fish in salted water for quarter of an hour then skin, bone, and flake.
Crush garlic with salt and cumin, and mix with fish flakes and mashed potatoes.
Adjust seasoning, add lemon juice and stir in egg whites.
Add the above mixture to the fish flakes and mashed potatoes and Shape into fingers or patties and coat with breadcrumbs.
Saute fish fingers in sizzling oil till golden then put on an absorbent paper and serve on a bed of parsley and lemon slices.
