Fish Casserole with Hulled Grain


Hulled Grain is used to refer to the green wheat that is usually cracked and used for preparing delicious recipes such as stuffed pigeons and Fish Casserole with Hulled Grain. You should submerge hulled grain with water, to make the imperaties float over the surface whole the other things would sink. Repeat this process with getting over the unneeded things in the hulled grain and making sure that its water is completely clean, then use in your food.

2 cups hulled grain  
1 kg fish  
salt, pinch of cumin, oil  
5 peeled and halved garlic cloves  
طريقه التحضير
Wash fish, rub in salt and lemon juice for 5 minutes, saute in preheated oil.
Put on an absorbent paper for a while, then skin, bone, and flake into large joints.
Fry the hulled grain lightly in the oil of frying fish, then submerge with 5 cups of water, and add cumin, halved garlic, and salt to it.
After cooking for 7-10 minutes over moderate fire, remove from fire and put in a bram or casserole dish, burying the flaked fish in the grain.
Cook in preheated oven for half an hour and then serve.
